As an instructional designer, I leverage the ADDIE and SAM models, along with adult learning principles, to design and develop engaging e-Learning courses. My learner-centered approach ensures that courses align with business goals and effectively meet learning objectives. I’m excited about creating impactful and effective learning experiences that empower individuals to grow professionally and achieve their goals. I specialize in using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond to bring dynamic learning solutions to life. 

During my eight years as an Instructor in South Korea, I gained experience in communicating with people of diverse ages and backgrounds while adapting quickly to new environments and situations. Currently, as a Learning and Development Specialist at JerseySTEM, I collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design, develop, and update online training courses and microlearning videos for volunteers and management.
