As an instructional designer, I leverage the ADDIE and SAM models, along with adult learning principles, to design and develop engaging e-Learning courses. My learner-centered approach ensures that courses align with business goals and effectively meet learning objectives. I’m excited about creating impactful and effective learning experiences that empower individuals to grow professionally and achieve their goals. I specialize in using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond to bring dynamic learning solutions to life. 

Prior to transitioning into instructional design, I spent eight years as an instructor in South Korea, where I developed strong communication, facilitation, and adaptability skills. That experience continues to shape my ability to create inclusive, engaging learning experiences for a wide range of audiences.
